Where we help

From “what applies to us?” to “we know what to do.”

Not every organisation needs the same package. Start with your data, systems, people and exposure—then focus effort where it matters.

01 / UNDERSTAND

Readiness & gap assessment

Understand how personal data moves through your business, where gaps may sit, and what deserves attention first.

02 / DESIGN

Policies & operating controls

Develop practical notices, internal procedures, vendor questions and responsibility maps that fit real workflows.

03 / EMBED

Implementation & awareness

Help teams translate requirements into action, train the people involved, and establish evidence of routine practice.

A better way to begin

Start with the business. Not a template.

Good privacy work is grounded in how an organisation actually collects, uses, stores and shares information. The goal is a useful roadmap—not paperwork for its own sake.

01

Understand your context

Sector, organisation size, customer touchpoints, employee data, vendors and digital systems.

02

Identify gaps and priorities

Separate immediate housekeeping from deeper process, technology or governance changes.

03

Agree a proportionate scope

Set practical deliverables, owners, assumptions and a clear boundary for the engagement.

04

Build for day-to-day use

Equip your team with usable documents, defined processes and an action plan to maintain them.

A short guided assessment

See what your business actually needs.

Answer a few practical questions. We’ll suggest a suitable starting engagement and reveal only the relevant indicative fee—not the entire service menu.

No personal data inventory or confidential customer information is needed for this initial estimate. Your answers are processed in this page only.

Good compliance begins with the right questions.

Bring your current situation—not a polished brief. The first step is to understand the need and define a sensible scope.

Website Privacy Notice

DPDP Advisory with Kundan aims to minimise personal information handled through this website. This notice explains what happens when you browse the website, use the discovery questionnaire, or choose to contact us.

1. Who we are

“DPDP Advisory with Kundan” (“we”, “us” or “our”) is an independent consultancy offering digital personal data protection awareness, consultancy, documentation, review and assessment services. For questions about this notice or information you have voluntarily sent to us, contact kundanvictoria@rediffmail.com.

2. Cookies and tracking

The website application is not intentionally configured to set or use cookies, advertising trackers, tracking pixels or third-party analytics scripts. We do not use website cookies to build visitor profiles, follow visitors across websites or deliver behavioural advertising. However, hosting, security infrastructure, browsers or third-party services may independently process technical information or use their own necessary technologies. We therefore do not guarantee that every layer of the internet, hosting or email infrastructure operates without cookies or technical logs.

3. Browsing the website

You can view general website content without entering your name, phone number or other information into a website form. Hosting or security providers may nevertheless process technical information such as IP address, browser information, timestamps or security logs, where applicable, under their own configurations and policies. We do not sell personal data obtained through this website.

4. Discovery questionnaire

The questionnaire asks for broad business context, such as sector, organisation size, general data profile, current compliance status and services of interest. These answers are processed within the active browser page. The website application is not designed to send questionnaire answers to a consultancy-operated server or save them in a website account or database. Please do not enter actual customer records, identity documents, confidential business information or personal data about other individuals.

Questionnaire answers may remain in the currently open page while you use it. They are not intended to be stored in a website account or server-side database. Your browser, device, hosting environment or other technical infrastructure may have independent behaviour.

5. Consultation requests and Gmail

If you choose to request a consultation, the website asks for your name and phone number and uses your selected services to prepare an email draft. The draft is addressed to kundanvictoria@rediffmail.com with the subject “DPDP Consultancy request”. The current website opens a Gmail compose URL containing the request details you entered and the services selected. The email provider may process those details under its own terms, privacy policies and technical logging practices.

The website does not automatically send the email. You must review and send the draft yourself. If you contact us directly, we may receive your email address, name, phone number and any other information you choose to include.

6. Why we use information you send

Information you voluntarily send to us may be used to respond to your enquiry, understand the services requested, discuss the proposed scope, communicate about an engagement, maintain necessary business records, address disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use consultation enquiries to build advertising profiles or sell prospective clients’ information.

7. Retention

The website application is not designed to maintain a server-side database of questionnaire answers or consultation requests. Emails that you send to us may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a proposed or existing engagement, maintain appropriate business records or meet legal obligations. Where information is no longer required, we intend to delete it or otherwise cease retaining it, subject to applicable law. Retention by Google, your email provider, browser or hosting provider is governed separately by their practices and policies.

8. Security and third-party services

We aim to minimise the information handled through the website. Please do not send passwords, financial account credentials, identity documents or actual datasets containing other individuals’ personal information through the discovery questionnaire or ordinary email unless genuinely necessary for an agreed engagement. No internet-based transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. When you use Gmail or another third-party service, that provider’s own terms, privacy policy and security practices apply to its processing.

9. Your requests and concerns

You may contact us to ask about personal information you have voluntarily shared, request correction of inaccurate information, seek deletion where appropriate, or raise a privacy concern. We will consider and respond to requests in accordance with applicable law. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally required or permitted.

11. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice to reflect changes to the website, services, third-party providers or applicable law. The latest version will be published here with its revision date. Please review it periodically.
